Mahoney Construction was founded in 2010 by Sean Mahoney. Sean was born in a small town in Pennsylvania. His family relocated to Portland, Oregon in 1992, where he lived until 2009. Sean attended the University of Oregon where he majored in Human Physiology. It was during the summers in college that Sean learned to paint and roof. After finishing college, Sean moved to Billings in the summer of 2009 seeking opportunity and adventure.
Mahoney Construction currently employs 5 professionals and specializes in residential roof replacement, painting and staining, pressure washing and gutter cleaning/repair. Whether its a full roof replacement, or a short stretch of gutters to clean out, we believe in quality over quantity in all of our projects. All houses are pressure washed and masked before painting and a full tear off of the existing roof is always completed before installing the new roofing system of your choice. We have a large assortment of professional equipment, and stress the importance of a clean job site. We believe in a hands on, personal approach to contracting, and meet with customers in home for a full consultation on materials and procedures before beginning.
Mahoney Construction is registered with the Montana State Department of Labor and Industry Construction Contractor Registration Unit, and is licensed with the Billings Department of Business. Sean carries an ICEC (Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate) and all employees are covered by the State Fund Workers Compensation Insurance Program. For your protection and peace of mind, we also carry a $1 Million liability insurance policy through Farmers Insurance Group.
